What started as an idea became a small sanctuary between the Atlantic rainforest and the ocean – a place designed for privacy, slower living and a deeper connection with nature.

The Architecture

Cozy Casa Brasil reflects what matters most to us: a deep respect for what we have, combined with the courage to create something new and timeless, which didn’t existed yet.

The choice of materials, room layout and interior design follow a clear vision: organic shapes, natural beauty, quality and harmony.

The old stones from the original wall were lovingly transformed into the floor of our patio. The original front door now gleams with new life, leading into the laundry room. Even the windows of the old house were preserved, restored, and now bring light and history into the new home.

Our rooftop terraces offering an precious unforgettable sky view, the surrounding jungle, and the proximity to the sea, all contribute to making Cozy Casa Brasil a truly special place where architecture, nature, and feeling home come together in balanced harmony.

The Design

The four units – whether the studio, suites, or the entire villa – all were individually designed with style and comfort in mind. High-quality materials and thoughtful details create an atmosphere that touches the heart.

The land once housed an old house – full of character and memories. When we had to replace it - due to structural reasons, it was clear from the start: remain the magic of the place.

So, we salvaged and restored key elements of the original house, incorporating them into the new design.
